A pair of Danish Modern dressers designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for Søborg Møbelfabrik. Crafted from richly toned teak, with a striking grain pattern across the drawer fronts. The cases are clean and architectural, softened by subtly beveled edges and Søborg’s signature finger-jointed construction. Sculpted inset pulls are carved directly into the drawer fronts. Construction quality is evident throughout, with finely executed joinery and solid casework characteristic of Søborg’s high manufacturing standards. Each dresser is supported by minimal dowel legs with a stretcher, lending visual lightness while maintaining stability. In very good vintage condition, with well-preserved interiors. The teak surfaces have been cleaned and polished. Available as a pair or individually.
