Set of vintage Eames fiberglass side chairs in a very rare Kelly green, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. The shells have strong visible fibers and a rich, saturated color that reads crisp even in low light. Each chair sits on a black Eiffel base, giving the group a clean, graphic profile.
Originally produced as padded shells, the seats have been carefully restored in Maharam’s Check fabric by Alexander Girard, while retaining the original fiberglass character. The combination of the rare Kelly green shells and Girard’s checked textile makes this set an unusually vivid and collectible run of Eames chairs.
